The interrelationship between insulin (IRI) and glucose in response to rapid intravenous
glucose challenge (IVGTT) was assessed in 14 patients with gestational diabetes during
pregnancy and at 6 to 8 weeks post partum. Comparison of the quantitative changes with
sequential data obtained in nondiabetic subjects during pregnancy was made. Our data
